      CST’s management model is integrated and aligned with the Company’s business model, which has ensured its sustainability, a product of its strategy.
      It is through this model that strategy transcends theory – philosophy and policy – to become part of the daily activities of the organization and all of its employees.
      CST’s strategic map, part of its Corporate Plan, encompasses and guides the Company’s activities from five perspectives, all of which are interdependent and intrinsically related to guarantee agile and focused decision making as well as global vision.
