SIM - Family-Doctor Integrated System

It is a preventive medicine system implemented by ArcelorMittal Tubarão aiming to complement its Medical Assistance Plan developing a preventive assistance, specialized medical guidance, educational programs, follow-up of the risk factors of each patient anticipating diseases.

The actions developed in this project aim to ensure the employee's health wholeness. It is a pioneer program in private companies which aim to rescue the "Family Concept" concept.
