ArcelorMittal Tubarão Global Remuneration Policy aims to attract and retain in its workforce the human resources suitable for its needs, making the continuous increase of its productivity possible.
ArcelorMittal Tubarão has made its Global Remuneration more and more competitive aiming to promote the motivation, the suitable reward for the work produced and the well being of its employees and their families. Its policy has followed the modern trends of the market with special emphasis on the Skill-Based Remuneration and the Profit sharing.
ArcelorMittal Tubarão practices one of the most modern plans of profit sharing in Brazil aiming to fairly share with the employees the productivity gains the Company receives over each year.
The plan comprises two models of Profit sharing:
- Bonus: according to the target results of the area;
- Profit sharing: according to the global results of the company (Operational Results).
