The Environmental Communication Program targets at contributing to educational initiatives that promote environmental education, from integration actions with schools, seen as privileged spaces to raise environmental awareness in the school community.
The Program searches to contribute to the unfolding of ArcelorMittal Tubarão values concerning sustainability through the Environmental Education and scientific production.
The Environmental Communication Program has been developed since 1997 in partnership with public and private schools and institutes in the Vitoria Metropolitan Area, strengthening the interaction between company and society allowing an improvement in the population quality of life. With two-year contracts the Program comprises pedagogical activities and projects developed in schools and inside the EEC.
